For students aged 16-18:
- 1 week: Student residence.
- 2-4 weeks: Homestay or student residence.

For students aged 18-29:

Student Apartments with Inhispania

Student apartments are the most popular accommodation choice among Inhispania’s students, particularly those aged 18-29.

- Located in central Madrid, approximately 10-30 minutes walking distance from the school.
- Available throughout the year.
- Equipped with single and shared rooms.
- Designed to house between 6 to 12 bedrooms per apartment.
- Shared with other international students.
- Primarily suited for students aged 18-25 (not available for students over 30).
- Furnished with shared bathrooms and kitchen facilities.
- Equipped with WiFi internet and a desk in every room.
- Non-smoking in communal areas.
- Inclusive of electricity, water, and heating costs.
- Provided with bedding (towels not included).

Student Residences with Inhispania
Student residences provide another accommodation option, particularly suitable for younger students and those who prefer to have meals included while still sharing with international students.
Availability and Features
Student residences at Inhispania:
- Are located in central Madrid (approximately 25-40 minutes on foot from the school or 25 minutes by public transport)
- Are only available during summer months (June to August)
- Offer single and shared rooms
- Allow students to share with other international learners
- Enforce a no-smoking policy in communal areas
- Provide options for bed and breakfast or full board
- Include shared bathrooms
- Offer WiFi internet and a desk in every room
- Are recommended for ages 16-30, though also suitable for students over 30
- Feature 24-hour security

Homestay Accommodation with Inhispania
If you would like to live with people who are permanent residents of Madrid, this is the option for you. Keep in mind that respecting your hosts’ rules and lifestyle is an important part of a great homestay experience, and that their customs may be different from those in your home country. This is a good choice if you would like some peace and quiet and don’t want to share with many other students.
To manage expectations, please bear in mind that in Madrid most families live outside the city centre, in residential areas. In the centre, most hosts are single people, couples without children or widows. Apartments are generally fairly small, and hosts may rent out a room for financial reasons rather than for cultural exchange. For this reason, don’t expect this option to guarantee Spanish practice at home. In Madrid, you can practise in the streets!
